Return & Exchange Policy

At Chawla & Chhabra Watches, we ensure that every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. To maintain transparency and customer trust, please read our return policy carefully.

1. Return Window

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear live unboxing video recording is mandatory for any return, exchange, damage, wrong product, or missing item claim.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening
Complete unboxing process without cuts or pauses
Product condition after opening
Invoice/bill and packaging details

Without a proper unboxing video, return or exchange requests may not be accepted.

3. Product Condition

The product must be returned in its original condition:

Unused and unworn
No scratches, damage, or marks
Original box, tags, warranty card, invoice, and accessories must be included
Packaging should not be damaged or tampered with
4. Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong product received
Damaged product received
Manufacturing defect
Missing item inside the package
5. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used or worn
The product is damaged after delivery
Tags, box, invoice, or accessories are missing
The unboxing video is not available
The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
6. Return Approval

Once the return request is received, our team will verify the details, product condition, and unboxing video. Approval will be given only after successful verification.

7. Refund / Exchange Process

After the returned product is received and inspected, the eligible refund or exchange will be processed as per company policy.

8. How to Request a Return

To raise a return or exchange request, please contact Chawla & Chhabra Watches with your order details, invoice, and unboxing video within 7 days of delivery.
