Refund & Exchange Policy

At Chawla & Chhabra Watches, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept product returns once the order is delivered. Exchanges are available only under specific conditions mentioned below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests will be accepted only if the customer receives:

  1. Damaged product
  2. Defective product
  3. Incorrect product
  4. Missing accessories

Customers must inform our support team within 24 hours of receiving the package.

3. Required Documents for Exchange

To request an exchange, customers must provide:

  1. Original invoice/bill
  2. Warranty card
  3. Original box and packaging
  4. Product tags and barcode intact
  5. Clear product photos
  6. Complete unboxing/open-box video
  7. Product in unused condition, without scratches, dents, marks, or alterations

The watch must not be used, resized, adjusted, or altered in any way.

4. Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers must record a clear unboxing video before opening the package.

The video should clearly show:

  1. Shipping label
  2. All sides of the sealed package
  3. Complete opening process without cuts or edits
  4. Product received
  5. Box, bill, warranty card, tags, and accessories

Claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

5. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

If the outer delivery box looks damaged, opened, or tampered with, customers are requested to refuse the delivery and inform our support team immediately.

6. Missing Product or Accessories

For missing product or missing accessories, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping or reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

8. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is allowed only before the order has been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Chawla & Chhabra Watches reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, payment concerns, suspected fraud, or other unavoidable reasons.

9. Sale & Promotional Products

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

10. Exchange Approval Process

Once the product is received by us, it will go through a quality check.

Exchange approval may take up to 7 business days after product inspection.

If approved, the product will be exchanged as per availability and brand policy.

11. Refunds

Refunds are generally not applicable. If any refund is approved in a special case, it will be processed only after quality verification.

Approved refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on the payment method and bank process.
